Check what a chip pack buys
Chips usually let you join tables and place in-game bets. They may be entertainment currency with no redemption value. Read the product description, currency, final price and refund terms before paying.
Use the official purchase flow
- Open the store inside the genuine app.
- Compare the total chips, local-currency price and any clearly stated bonus.
- Check for recurring payments and age or account restrictions.
- Use the payment method offered by the app or official store.
- Keep the receipt and verify that the purchase appears on the correct account.
Compare value without buying more than intended
A larger pack can have a lower price per thousand chips while still costing more in total. For an illustration, a 10,000-chip pack costing 10 units is 1 unit per thousand; 25,000 chips costing 20 is 0.8 units per thousand. These are arithmetic examples, not current prices.
If chips are missing
Check the transaction status and account before retrying. Contact official in-app support with the receipt and transaction identifier. Do not send a full payment-card number or password. Third-party chip sellers may not be authorized to credit your account.
Consider free options
Some apps offer limited rewards. Their amount and availability depend on the current product. Claim them only through the official interface and avoid paying to “unlock” an external giveaway.
